The Data Pledge

Member benchmarking only works if you trust us with your numbers. Here is exactly what we do — and never do — with the operating data you contribute.

What we collect

When you choose to contribute, we collect operating metrics such as revenue, bay utilization, membership counts, and F&B/retail figures for your facility. Contribution is required for membership so the benchmarks stay accurate, but you control what you enter and when.

How we use it

Your data is aggregated with other members' data and reported only as anonymized, pooled benchmarks (medians, quartiles, and trends). You see how you compare; no one sees your individual numbers.

What we will never do

We will never sell your data. We will never share your identifiable data with another operator, a manufacturer, a software vendor, or any third party. We will never publish figures that can be traced back to your business.

Your control

You can export or request deletion of your submitted data at any time. If you leave US-IGA, your identifiable records are removed from active systems; only fully anonymized aggregates that can never be re-identified remain in historical benchmarks.
